About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team at Blockchain.com. As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling our performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your role will involve optimizing ad spend, driving ROI, and improving overall performance to help achieve the company’s marketing objectives. What You Will Do

• Lead performance marketing campaigns from the ground up, taking Blockchain.com’s marketing efforts from 1 to 100.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and high ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analysts to conduct thorough keyword research and optimize paid search campaigns.
• Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with our in-house Design Team and external partners.
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools to identify trends and uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad variations and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
• Generate detailed reports to track the progress of campaigns and communicate results to the team.

What You Will Need

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, whether in an agency or client-side capacity.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, paid social, and display advertising.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Solid analytics skills with experience using Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and other marketing analytics tools.
• A business mindset, focused on metrics such as ROAS and CAC.
• Passion for crypto and the blockchain industry (preferred).
