Program Overview

The Pioneer Talent Program aims to launch careers in blockchain by providing:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java micro-service applications using Spring Boot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Stay updated on Java development best practices
• Work with a distributed team across time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of Java development experience
• Solid experience with Java Spring Boot for micro-service applications
• AWS cloud services experience (plus)
• Full-stack development experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of blockchain technology (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a distributed team
• Willingness to work in time shifts
