• Handle high-volume live chats & ticket inquiries
• Provide accurate, prompt, and comprehensive responses
• Document requests, handle complaints, and follow up for resolution
• Work cross-functionally with other departments
• Deliver empathetic and solutions-focused support

✅ Requirements

• 1+ year in customer service (finance or e-commerce preferred)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (required)
• Degree or diploma
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with shift work and high-pressure environments
• Interest in crypto/blockchain
