• Handle live chats and support tickets efficiently
• Deliver clear, accurate information in Mandarin and English
• Troubleshoot user issues and follow up for resolution
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, KYC, etc.)
• Promote a user-first support experience and go the extra mile

✅ What You’ll Need

• At least 1 year in customer service (finance or e-commerce preferred)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & verbal)
• College degree or above
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure
• Proactivity, integrity, and a team-first mindset
