About the Team
The Customer Service Team at Binance is responsible for delivering top-tier support to users, ensuring fast response times, accurate information, and exceptional service. Team members engage with users via live chat, ticketing systems, and other communication channels to resolve queries and provide a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of live chat and other online tools
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to users
- Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Support cross-functional teams by documenting customer requests and feedback
- Manage complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Go above and beyond to engage customers and provide a great experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in finance or E-commerce)
- College degree or higher
- Fluency in French (native-level) and advanced English to support global customers
- Experience with cross-functional support is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues
- Passion for customer service and the crypto industry
- Comfortable working in flexible shifts
