About the Program

Binance’s Pioneer Talent Program is designed for early-career professionals (up to 5 years of experience) to gain hands-on blockchain industry experience with tailored training and mentorship.

Role Summary

Develop and maintain Java microservices using Spring Boot, collaborate cross-functionally, write clean and efficient code, and troubleshoot performance issues. You’ll be part of a global, distributed team working remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain Java microservices with Spring Boot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features
• Write maintainable, efficient code
• Conduct code reviews
• Debug and optimize applications
• Stay updated on Java best practices and emerging tech
• Work with distributed teams across different time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong Java Spring Boot skills for microservices
• AWS cloud experience (plus)
• Full-stack experience (advantage)
• Knowledge of blockchain tech (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work time shifts for global collaboration
