Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test cases (Backend focus).
• Analyze, track, and resolve product defects/issues.
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures.
• Conduct manual testing for Backend software issues.
• Identify gaps in test scripts and propose solutions.
• Lead investigatory testing for unreleased features.
• Document test scenarios and improve testing processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of QA/Testing experience.
• Expertise in:
• Automation frameworks (Java preferred).
• Backend testing, SQL, and scripting.
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Bilingual (English + Mandarin).
• User-focused mindset with strong logic.

Bonus Skills

• Blockchain/exchange domain knowledge.
