Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, customer support, and partners to create detailed automated test cases and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Conduct manual investigation and reproduction of backend functional issues.
• Perform root cause analysis of test script failures and suggest improvements.
• Explore unreleased features through investigatory testing—defining requirements, behavior, and business impact.
• Maintain documentation and design test scenarios for automation and manual coverage.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends, tools, and practices to continually enhance testing efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in QA automation and backend testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and backend system architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience writing automation scripts (Java preferred).
• Skilled in root cause analysis and issue troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Curious, innovative, and user-focused mindset.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin—must be able to coordinate with global partners and teams.

Bonus Skills:

• Prior experience in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or Web3 domains.
• Functional testing for web and mobile applications.
