Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and partners to develop detailed, comprehensive test cases.
• Design and implement automation scripts to ensure high-quality backend product releases.
• Investigate and reproduce functional backend issues through manual testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis of test script failures and software issues.
• Perform exploratory testing of new, unreleased features and document test scenarios.
• Improve and refine the QA process, tools, and automation strategies continuously.
• Stay current with the latest testing technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in QA, backend testing, or software quality engineering.
• Skills:
• Strong grasp of software QA automation, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Solid SQL knowledge and scripting/coding ability (Java preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Capable of root cause analysis for backend issues.
• Mindset:
• Curious, user-focused, and enjoys solving complex problems.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (required for coordination with global teams).
• Bonus Points:
• Experience with Web/Mobile functional testing.
• Prior knowledge in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or Web3 applications.
