About the Pioneer Talent Program

Binance’s Pioneer Talent Program is tailored for early-career professionals with up to 5 years of experience. Participants will gain full-time roles, hands-on expertise, structured training, and 1:1 mentorship from top security professionals—offering a launchpad into the fast-evolving world of blockchain security and operations.

Who May Apply

• Professionals with up to 5 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with a strong foundation in cybersecurity, threat analysis, and incident response

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 security incident response, threat detection, and mitigation
• Develop and execute security response plans and lifecycle assurance strategies
• Lead initiatives to enhance real-time security situation awareness
• Conduct event tracing, log analysis, and intrusion detection
• Perform TTP (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) analysis and write YARA rules
• Drive innovation in security tooling and automation
• Collaborate across teams to improve overall enterprise security posture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security emergency response
• Strong background in intrusion detection, vulnerability analysis, and threat intelligence
• Proficiency with EDR, HIDS, YARA, and malicious feature extraction
• Familiar with big data tools like Hadoop, Splunk, and Elasticsearch
• Strong grasp of border defense, internal threats, and risk management
• Experience managing security teams or initiatives
• High resilience under pressure and excellent communication skills
