🛡️ Role Overview – Software Engineer (Blockchain Security)

You’ll work as a Backend Engineer with a focus on blockchain security across BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and other chains, contributing to Binance’s efforts in safeguarding systems, projects, and users.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop security-related tools and frameworks.
• Create and maintain architecture standards, and develop infrastructure that improves engineering productivity.
• Build and maintain customer-facing APIs and ensure system reliability.
• Conduct performance tuning, refactoring, and handle online incident resolution.
• Develop internal libraries and frameworks to speed up engineering workflows and improve code quality.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or enrolled) in Computer Science or related field.
• 4–5 years of full-stack development experience, including:
• 2–3 years in Crypto, Blockchain, or Security-related domains.
• Solid coding skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar.
• Familiar with distributed system components, caching, messaging systems, and full-stack architecture.
• Able to independently design and scale high-performance systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience at a Web3 security firm or working on large-scale API or monitoring systems.
• Exposure to risk control APIs or security tooling.
• Understanding of:
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Wallet security
• Blockchain explorers
• On-chain attack vectors and incidents
