Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Post Listing Research and Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and evaluate the performance and health of listed tokens, support post-listing operations, handle incident response, and contribute to continuous risk management and mitigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Handling

• Respond to and support project teams during major incidents (e.g., hacks, CEX collapses).
• Identify root causes and evaluate the impact of incidents on Binance and affected projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to reduce risks and minimize damage.

Research & Risk Management

• Continuously assess the performance and risk profile of listed tokens.
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative metrics including:
• Product adoption
• On-chain activity
• Development progress
• Community sentiment
• Identify and report on project risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Handle requests from listed projects (e.g., rebrands, swaps, mainnet upgrades).
• Write clear and concise reports on research findings, risks, and incidents.

Operational Support

• Support new token listings, gathering key details and ensuring operational readiness.
• Manage post-listing activities such as airdrops, cross-chain swaps, and token migrations.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and project partners to support token operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal SOPs and listing operations.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of relevant experience, ideally in research, consulting, or account management roles.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to identify key insights and assess risk.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of the crypto industry, including blockchain ecosystems and tokenomics.
• Proactive, self-driven, and confident in evaluating high-stakes decisions.
• Comfortable managing multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
