Role Overview

Binance Research is seeking a Post Listing Research and Account Manager to support projects post-listing on the exchange. This role involves managing risk, handling major incidents, reviewing token performance, and optimizing operational processes for listed tokens. It requires a proactive, analytical individual with a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Handling

• Support projects during major incidents (e.g., security breaches, collapse of CEX).
• Identify the root causes and assess the impact on Binance and its projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to minimize the impact of incidents.

Research and Risk Management

• Conduct reviews on the performance of listed tokens using various metrics (e.g., product adoption, on-chain data, project development).
• Identify risks related to tokens and recommend measures based on these risks.
• Evaluate requests from listed projects (e.g., rebrands, mainnet integrations, swaps).
• Write concise reports detailing identified risks, requests, and incidents.
• Lead initiatives to enhance risk detection and mitigation.

Operations

• Onboard new listings by gathering relevant information and preparing tokens for trading.
• Coordinate with all parties to facilitate operational requests from listed tokens (e.g., airdrops, cross-chain swaps).
• Optimize processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• 5-9 years of research or consulting experience.
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to grasp key principles and identify root causes.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good crypto knowledge and an understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Self-starter with the ability to evaluate risks and rewards effectively.
