💼 Role Overview

Join the team behind Binance’s core trading engine. This leadership-level role focuses on building large-scale financial and marketing products that support Binance’s growth and global user acquisition strategy. You’ll oversee system design, performance, incident resolution, and mentor junior engineers—all while working in close collaboration with the marketing and product teams.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement financial and marketing products
• Collaborate with marketing teams to increase user acquisition and engagement
• Build and maintain large-scale, high-performance backend systems
• Troubleshoot incidents, tune performance (JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.), and refactor systems for scalability
• Deliver high-quality, clean, maintainable code using best practices
• Guide and mentor junior developers in engineering excellence

✅ Requirements

• 10+ years in software development with full lifecycle project experience
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring frameworks, and server-side development
• Deep knowledge of software architecture, event-driven design, multi-threading, REST/Web Services
• Experience designing enterprise-level microservices and backend systems
• Strong understanding of system integration, scalability, and performance optimization
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
