Are you passionate about privacy, crypto, and cutting-edge tech? We're looking for a Privacy Specialist to join our client’s Privacy Operations Team. You'll collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to help shape and secure the future of onchain privacy. 🛠 What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct privacy assessments for new features and products (especially onchain/blockchain innovations).
• Translate legal privacy guidance into clear operational or technical requirements.
• Manage privacy-related issues from discovery to remediation across the product lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve privacy control frameworks, ensuring alignment with global regulations.
• Partner cross-functionally to implement Privacy by Design into engineering, marketing, and data workflows.
• Monitor risk, escalate critical findings, and push for timely resolutions.
• Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and emerging tech challenges (AI, ML, Web3, etc.).

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years in privacy, technology risk, or cybersecurity (internships or academic projects welcome).
• Familiarity with privacy laws: CCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA, ePrivacy.
• Comfortable reviewing data flows, product specs, and system designs.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and cross-functional.
• Organized, self-motivated, and hungry to grow.
• Passionate about Web3, crypto, and open financial systems.

✨ Nice to Have:

• FinTech or Blockchain experience
• Hands-on with frameworks like NIST Privacy, ISO 27701, or similar
• Privacy certifications: CIPP, CIPT, CIPM
• Experience building or auditing privacy programs or tools

💸 Compensation:

• Canada: CAD $122,600/year
• U.S.: USD $117,000 – $138,100/year
