Procurement Specialist

📍 Location: Northbrook, IL (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)

🕒 Type: Full-time

💵 Salary Range: $76,000 – $80,000/year + 10% bonus target

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier selection for assigned commodities
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage service level agreements
• Act as relationship manager for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct market analysis, evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Manage supplier onboarding and ERP system integration (Oracle preferred)
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and cost-saving opportunities
• Promote competitive sourcing through supplier diversification

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of procurement experience
• Strong Excel skills (especially for data analysis)
• Knowledge of Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Law, RFQs/RFIs
• Oracle ERP experience preferred
• Proven negotiation skills and experience leading sourcing initiatives
