About the Product Compliance Team

The Product Compliance team plays a pivotal role in regulatory compliance across Binance’s global product offerings. From the initial development phase to product launch, this team provides crucial regulatory support, ensuring that all new products align with local and global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end compliance coverage for product launches, new features, and ongoing support for derivatives, margin, OTC, and related products
• Develop and execute compliance plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business unit objectives and embed best practices into products and services
• Work with product teams, global compliance teams, and local/regional Points of Contact (PoCs) and Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLROs) to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Participate in regular meetings to meet regulatory and external partner commitments, and support Master Service Agreement (MSA) negotiations and implementation
• Review regulatory changes, implement updates to existing products, and provide training to business teams as required
• Build strong working relationships across business units to promote the Product Compliance Team’s objectives and provide efficient support
• Stay informed of regulatory developments that impact product offerings, and adjust compliance processes as needed
• Assist with compliance for other products and regions to ensure global coverage

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial regulatory experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, broker-dealer, asset management, or banking industries
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and related regulatory frameworks
• Deep understanding of crypto products and underlying technology
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent regulatory developments
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize based on regulatory risk and business needs
• Interest in Web3 and awareness of current regulatory trends
• Experience in financial regulations within the crypto or traditional financial market environment
