✨ What You’ll Do

As a key member of TikTok's growing legal team, you will:

• Lead legal reviews for product features, user growth, and search initiatives on a global scale.
• Advise on compliance with regulatory frameworks for entertainment and social media platforms.
• Provide strategic legal counsel across product, policy, compliance, engineering, and security teams.
• Monitor industry shifts in AI, privacy, content, and user safety to guide product development.
• Support cross-functional training, risk management, and international legal harmonization efforts.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• Qualified to practice law in the United States.
• 5+ years of legal experience focused on privacy, marketing, consumer protection, and minor safety.
• Strong experience in multinational, cross-border product counseling.

Preferred:

• Background in intellectual property, platform liability, and generative AI.
• In-house experience at a global tech or social media company.
• Exceptional analytical, drafting, and cross-functional communication skills.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $170,666 – $319,200 annually
