💰 Salary Range: $144,500 - $170,000 USD + bonus, equity, benefits

🚀 Role Overview:

Work closely within a small team to improve Coinbase’s consumer product UX through iterative design — from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production. Focus on both web and mobile, building simple, intuitive experiences that users love.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Design features end-to-end: ideation, prototyping, user testing, launch.
• Build simple, intuitive web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate daily with Engineers, User Researchers, and Product Managers.
• Participate in design reviews; seek and incorporate feedback.
• Help execute the product roadmap and contribute to strategy.

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years professional product design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Skilled in UX, visual design, and written communication.
• Experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Low ego, collaborative, open-minded attitude.

🌟 Nice-to-Haves:

• Interest or experience in crypto or financial products.
• User of Coinbase products.
• Familiarity with onchain activity like Ethereum addresses, ENS, dApps, blockchain services.
