Position Overview: As a Product Designer at Zerion, you will play a pivotal role in designing seamless and innovative user experiences for our mobile and web platforms. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Web3, blockchain technology, and DeFi platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead User-Centered Design: Identify pain points, conduct usability tests, and translate insights into design decisions that directly influence the product’s direction.
• Communicate with Impact: Present designs effectively, simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives, and collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Own the End-to-End Design Process: From ideation to execution, iterate quickly through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, balancing speed and precision.
• Shape and Scale the Design System: Define and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Stay Ahead of Web3 Trends: Research industry trends, explore new design patterns, and push the boundaries of usability to enhance user interactions.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Take ownership of ambiguous problems and create scalable, elegant design solutions that drive business impact.

What You Will Need:

• Proven experience in product design, especially within the Web3, blockchain, or crypto space.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality user experiences and visual design work.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions clearly.
• Passion for user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bonus points for experience with investment or fintech apps, familiarity with Ethereum, smart contracts, and experience creating and maintaining a design system.
