About the Role

As a Product Engineer on the Customer Engineering Team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for Alchemy’s customers. You will work closely with developers, businesses, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, troubleshoot technical challenges, and provide solutions that enhance the value of Alchemy's platform. Your insights will also help shape product decisions and future development.

This role is perfect for someone with a technical background who enjoys working across multiple functions, combining customer interaction with hands-on problem-solving and product influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Solutions: Provide hands-on technical guidance to customers, helping them integrate and scale with Alchemy’s platform.
• Customer Success & Experience: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Product Feedback & Development: Gather customer insights and work with internal teams to refine Alchemy’s product offerings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Growth & Advocacy: Drive customer referrals and long-term relationships by delivering excellent service and solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in software development or a technical role.
• Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both customers and internal teams.
• Passion for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technology (prior experience is a plus).
• Previous experience in startups or having built side projects is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $300,000 (based on experience).
