Role Overview

As a Product Manager – Card, you will lead the development and lifecycle management of Binance’s crypto card offerings across global markets. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across business development, tech, compliance, risk, finance, and legal to deliver world-class crypto payment products that are scalable, secure, and user-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Binance’s card products in various international markets
• Drive strategic development and implementation of new features for the card portfolio
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Tech, Legal, Compliance, Risk, BD, Finance) to ensure timely and compliant product launches
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and improvement areas
• Manage product P&L and user engagement metrics, optimizing card performance and growth
• Develop product requirements, wireframes, and user stories; align product vision with MVP goals
• Use data-driven approaches to improve UX, reduce friction, and enhance performance
• Oversee operational workflows like reconciliation, settlement, and chargebacks
• Ensure product adherence to regulatory standards and card industry compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in card product management, preferably on the issuing side
• Experience working in multiple markets with strong awareness of regional card industry nuances
• Proficiency in product design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market
• Proven ability to manage a card portfolio with a positive P&L and strong user penetration
• Excellent data analysis skills, including experience using dashboards to optimize product performance
• Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks related to card products
• Strong knowledge of card operations, including settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback processes
• Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
