Role Overview:

As a Card Product Manager, you will develop and manage crypto card products across multiple markets. You’ll collaborate with business development, tech, finance, risk, compliance, and legal teams to deliver world-class card products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and management of crypto card products in various markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class card product solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure product competitiveness.
• Use data-driven approaches to optimize product performance and dashboard.
• Manage product lifecycle, portfolio, and PnL with focus on user engagement and growth.
• Define MVP scope and prioritize features aligning with stakeholder goals.
• Understand and integrate card industry risk and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee card industry processes such as reconciliation, settlement, and chargebacks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience on the card issuing side, preferably across different markets.
• Strong product design skills including prototyping and user story creation.
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and portfolio management.
• Excellent market research, competitive analysis, and data analytics skills.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of risk and compliance in the card industry.
• Familiarity with card operations like reconciliation, settlement, and chargebacks.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
