Role Overview:

As a Product Manager (Chat), you will lead the globalization and optimization of Binance's instant messaging (IM) products across app and web platforms. You’ll define product strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration, and launch market-fit messaging features worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Own the IM product roadmap, development, and global rollout
• Lead cross-functional teams to define specs and launch features
• Analyze user feedback and conduct market research
• Collaborate with regional ops teams for localized solutions
• Ensure timely and efficient project delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management; experience with global IM products
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Experience in user-centric, fast-paced environments

Preferred:

• Experience with group chats, trading communities, or social features
• Previous IM product work in an international company
