🧠 What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This is not a consumer product role—it's internal tooling/platform-focused. You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning Discord’s Experimentation Platform, used by teams across the company to run A/B tests and other experiments.
• Addressing platform-wide challenges like bias, sample ratio mismatch, etc.
• Helping teams ship confidently through better test design, tooling, and education.
• Working horizontally across Product, Data Science, and Engineering to increase rigor and speed of experimentation.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

To be considered a strong candidate, you should have:

• 5+ years in product management roles with a technical focus
• Direct experience with experimentation or A/B testing platforms
• Understanding of core statistical concepts: p-values, power, CIs, etc.
• Strong technical acumen, especially in SQL and optionally Python or R
• Proven track record working with data-heavy or infra-focused products
• A bachelor's in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience)

🌟 Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)

• Built or scaled internal experimentation platforms before
• Advanced degree in stats, engineering, finance, etc.
• Familiarity with Discord and/or passion for the gaming space (huge cultural plus)

• Remote-first, but US-only
