Coinbase is seeking a Product Manager to lead and optimize finance systems, especially NetSuite, within the Enterprise Applications team. You’ll partner with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering to automate processes, drive scalability, and enhance reporting across platforms like NetSuite, Zip, and Workiva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tech solutions for finance processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Accounting, Reporting
• Drive automation, integration, and customizations in NetSuite and other ERP tools
• Create business process maps, test plans, and support month-end close initiatives
• Manage backlog, support change management, and troubleshoot production issues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years with ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle Cloud); 4+ years hands-on NetSuite configuration
• Deep knowledge of finance workflows: GL, Fixed Assets, AP/AR, Reporting, Intercompany, Tax
• 3+ years with ERP integrations via Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft
• Experience with Agile, Jira, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
