The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager – HR Systems to join our People Success team. You’ll lead the design and delivery of internal HR technologies that drive efficiency and exceptional experiences for employees, managers, and HR teams—starting with Workday and extending into integrated systems across Coinbase.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic and analytical thinker who is passionate about optimizing enterprise HR platforms, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with HR, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business strategies and technical needs.
• Own the product roadmap and vision for HR systems, prioritizing enhancements to user journeys and business efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to rollout, including business case creation, KPI mapping, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive system design and workflows that support scalable, compliant, and user-friendly HR operations.
• Manage change management initiatives, conduct demos, and ensure seamless adoption of new tools and features.
• Plan and coordinate with multiple engineering teams to implement updates, integrations, and process improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend build vs. buy solutions for critical system capabilities.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems product management, including successful Workday implementations.
• Strong cross-functional influence with proven ability to deliver results in high-speed environments.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, with experience using Jira or similar tools.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and technical acumen.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-stakeholder projects with limited supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday Extend or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Background integrating systems across platforms and managing data workflows
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP)
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions in HR tech
• Experience with custom-built HR applications
