About the Role

As a Product Manager I - Consumer, you will own and execute a focused product area, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. You will drive user-focused innovation, balance priorities, and define long-term strategic roadmaps to improve the crypto user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute a focused product area, taking products from conception to launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and finance to drive development.
• Understand the end-to-end user journey, map pain points, and convert feedback into product strategies.
• Balance and prioritize multiple user needs while aligning teams on a shared vision.
• Use data-driven insights, including SQL and experimentation, to optimize product performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.
• 1+ year of experience taking products from conception to launch.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SQL, experiment design, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to learn quickly and ramp up in new or complex domains.
• Passion for crypto, financial markets, and Coinbase’s mission.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on crypto experience, such as using Ethereum addresses, ENS, dApps, and blockchain-based services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $154,000 CAD/year
• Equity + Target Bonus + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
