• Own the vision and roadmap for ML systems that enhance risk management for Coinbase's Consumer business.
• Deliver compliant, scalable, and resilient ML-driven systems that meet financial regulations.
• Drive data-informed decisions to optimize business processes.
• Explore new business opportunities (e.g. API externalization).
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, and more.
• Steer execution to help Coinbase scale to 1 billion users.

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management.
• Background in CS or software engineering.
• Strong domain knowledge in financial risk, compliance, and ML-based products.
• Experience building and scaling data-driven systems in high-growth environments.
• Effective executive stakeholder management skills.
