Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional teams to design and develop a world-class, compliant KYC/KYB platform providing excellent user experience.
• Help create and manage the development roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Draft and review Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for clear project tracking.
• Ensure timely project execution meeting deadlines.
• Communicate regularly with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize high-value features that meet user needs.
• Continuously refine workflows for seamless operation and optimized user conversion in target markets.
• Support regional and global heads in coordinating product implementation.
• Clearly articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing product support and documentation.
• Track and analyze key user metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience in Technology, Fintech, Finance, or Blockchain industries.
• Strong knowledge of local KYC processes is a significant advantage.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, ideally using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Logical thinker who can articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks clearly.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional, results-driven environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; bilingual in local language is a plus.
