💼 The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager – KYC/KYB to join our global compliance and onboarding product team. In this role, you’ll help design and manage a best-in-class identity verification and business onboarding experience that balances security, compliance, and user ease. 🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional efforts to build a robust and compliant KYC/KYB platform that optimizes user experience.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and regional teams to align product goals with strategic business needs.
• Own and manage the product roadmap, aligning execution with company goals.
• Write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and manage execution across project teams.
• Translate user and regulatory needs into scalable, intuitive workflows with high conversion rates.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements that offer the greatest value to users and compliance teams.
• Communicate changes and product updates clearly to internal stakeholders and end users.
• Continuously monitor key metrics and incorporate feedback into the product development cycle.

✅ Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in tech, fintech, financial services, or blockchain/crypto.
• Deep understanding of KYC/KYB processes, especially in APAC markets (bonus if you have KYB-specific knowledge).
• Strong experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with a clear approach to risk, trade-offs, and business impact.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven, cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
