As Product Manager II for our European operations, you’ll lead the development and localization of crypto products tailored to EU markets. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive user growth, optimize the customer experience, and launch high-impact features that shape how Europe engages with crypto.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end product development and localization
• Develop and own the EU-focused product roadmap
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing & Support
• Define, track, and analyze key product metrics
• Present progress to leadership and ensure alignment across teams

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product software management, preferably in fintech or crypto
• Proven success in driving user growth and product-market fit
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Passion for crypto, decentralized finance, and Coinbase’s mission
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

• Experience shipping consumer-facing fintech or crypto products
• EU regional product leadership experience
• Multilingual proficiency (especially in major EU languages)
