🧭 Job Summary

IBM is looking for a Product Manager with strong project management capabilities to work with a large banking client. The role involves overseeing complex IT project delivery, managing product development lifecycles, working with cross-functional teams, and interacting directly with executive stakeholders.

While the title is Product Manager, the responsibilities align closely with IT Project Management and Agile Scrum Master functions.

🧩 Core Responsibilities

🔄 Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and product development initiatives
• Create project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and track KPIs for progress and quality
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope
• Adapt project plans in response to changing priorities

🧑‍💼 Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
• Facilitate requirements gathering and maintain alignment with business goals
• Provide executive-level updates and ensure transparency in delivery progress

👥 Team Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams: developers, testers, analysts
• Drive performance, accountability, and team motivation
• Oversee onboarding and resource alignment to project goals

✅ Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Hands-on experience managing Agile projects
• Proven work as a Scrum Master
• Strong skills in reporting and documentation
• Tools: JIRA, Clarity, Excel, PowerPoint

🎓 Preferred Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering)
