🎯 Core Responsibilities

📱 Product & Strategy

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of growth-related features for Binance’s Web3 Wallet (e.g., Token Generation Events (TGEs), airdrops, campaign tools).
• Launch and iterate on user acquisition and retention strategies using on-chain and off-chain growth techniques.

📊 Data-Driven Decision-Making

• Monitor product KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance to inform roadmap decisions.
• Use user insights and analytics to continuously optimize product-market fit.

🚀 Go-to-Market & Campaigns

• Lead cross-functional launches of new features and campaigns that attract and retain Web3-native users.
• Own end-to-end GTM strategy, from idea validation to post-launch feedback and iteration.

🌐 Ecosystem Engagement

• Understand trends in the Web3 airdrop ecosystem, what motivates users, and how to design sticky features.
• Stay ahead of the curve on competitor wallet offerings, DeFi integrations, and user expectations in the Web3 space.

📚 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

💼 Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in Web3, fintech, or tech industries.
• Familiarity with on-chain campaign mechanisms like airdrops, referrals, and loyalty tools.

🌐 Web3 Fluency

• Deep understanding of the Web3 wallet ecosystem, token mechanics, gas economics, and common UX pain points.
• You know what makes an airdrop successful and how to segment users by behavior and intent.

🧠 Skills

• Strong in problem-solving, growth strategy, cross-functional leadership, and analytics.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent iteration, and fast-paced experimentation.
