Salary: $113,815 - $164,800 USD + bonus + equity + benefits

Role Overview:

Lead growth initiatives for Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP), focusing on engaging and scaling the onchain developer community through hackathons, events, paid campaigns, and GTM strategies. You’ll be the customer advocate shaping messaging, product launches, and marketing content to build a thriving developer ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement programs (hackathons, meetups, grants, events).
• Act as the voice of the developer customer for messaging and marketing tactics.
• Lead product launches and marketing/GTM campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, business development, design, engineering, and communications.
• Build marketing collateral: presentations, case studies, webinars, websites.
• Measure and report marketing initiative performance.
• Envision and strategize future developer growth on the blockchain.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years in product marketing at developer-focused software companies.
• Experience growing and engaging developer communities.
• Proven success with product launches, activation/retention programs, GTM campaigns.
• Strong storytelling skills (written, verbal, visual).
• Quantitative and analytical skills to guide data-driven decisions.
• Project management expertise and ability to quickly grasp technical topics.
• Collaborative and self-starter mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing blogs or developer-focused content.
• Background in crypto, AI, Payments, or e-commerce products.
