📌 Role Overview

As a Product Operations & Growth Specialist – Blockchain, you'll help execute Binance’s product growth roadmap, with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, tech, and marketing teams to launch, refine, and scale new blockchain-powered products. This role is especially impactful in growing user bases across Wallet, DeFi, GameFi, and NFT ecosystems.

• Drive and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and long-term engagement
• Support go-to-market operations across departments to meet launch goals and KPIs
• Analyze performance data and user metrics to optimize product and marketing efforts

🧠 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in product ops, growth, or similar roles within Blockchain, Web3, or NFT sectors
• Strong working knowledge of areas like DeFi, Wallets, GameFi, and NFT ecosystems
• Experience managing or collaborating with Web3 influencers (KOLs), affiliate partners, or community contributors is a big plus
• Proven ability to drive growth strategies that directly impact user numbers and activity
• Deep passion for Web3 innovation and creating user-centric blockchain experiences
