About the Role:

As a Product Solution Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between PhonePe’s technical teams and merchant partners, ensuring seamless product integration, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the onboarding experience. Ideal for engineers who enjoy customer interaction, technical problem-solving, and rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support merchant integrations from onboarding to resolution
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to understand flows and offer integration solutions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
• Automate repetitive tasks and integration processes
• Act as a key contact for merchants’ tech/business teams during calls and meetings
• Own and resolve merchant issues from root-cause analysis to resolution

Required Skills:

• Python and SQL (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
• Understanding of Android/iOS and programming languages like Java, PHP, or ASP.Net
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of remote desktop applications and IT concepts
