What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, train, and manage German linguists and audio producers.
• Ensure natural, professional-grade audio content through rigorous quality control.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve platform tools for German users.
• Guide content creation for dubbing, transcription, and post-production excellence.

What You Bring:

• Native or near-native German fluency.
• Experience with dubbing, localization, transcription, or audio production.
• A sharp ear for quality and a strong eye for linguistic detail.
• Leadership skills and the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ElevenLabs tools or similar platforms.
