Overview

Join Coinbase’s mission to increase economic freedom by leading high-impact AML compliance programs globally. Manage transaction monitoring (TMS) and screening initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver global TMS and Screening compliance programs on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to refine AML processes.
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational procedures.
• Oversee launch of TMS and Screening programs for new products and business lines.
• Develop detailed program plans, track milestones, and manage resources.
• Engage stakeholders for alignment and communication.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor compliance program success.
• Use data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years AML/transaction monitoring experience in financial services or tech.
• 3+ years program management experience with global teams.
• Knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and risk practices.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

Nice to Haves

• Advanced degree or professional certifications (CAMS, CRCM, etc.).
• Experience with cryptocurrency and multiple AML systems.
• Familiarity with Google Apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud.
