🎯 Role Overview

As a Program Manager on the Marketing Operations team, you will:

• Drive priorities across revenue teams by managing seamless daily operations and strong stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a senior liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Communications teams.
• Partner strategically with the revenue marketing team to prioritize initiatives and maintain cadence.
• Lead project management efforts to improve scale and efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to define goals, roadmaps, and operational models involving cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refine engagement models for GTM (Go-To-Market) and sales enablement.
• Manage projects and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Create and implement frameworks, processes, and systems for integrating marketing programs with broader company initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and senior leaders; keep them informed on progress and changes.
• Lead project status meetings and ensure appropriate stakeholder involvement to drive alignment.

✅ What You Should Have

• 5-7+ years experience in program/project management or consultancy within Marketing.
• Ability to quickly onboard and bring structure to new, complex, ambiguous environments.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams to decisions and execution.
• Strong program management skills handling multiple complex projects and stakeholders.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills; able to see the big picture and appreciate different perspectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in new or ambiguous scenarios.
• Strong communication skills, able to reconcile differing viewpoints and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Asana.

🎁 Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, advertising, or sales enablement.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Background in agency work, consumer tech, or B2B marketing.

💰 Compensation

• Base salary range: $132,000 to $148,500 (US only)
• Equity + benefits also provided
• Salary depends on experience, skills, and education/training
