Drive company-wide initiatives that enhance how Adyen’s global Tech teams (Engineering, Product, UX) work together—streamlining collaboration, improving delivery, and scaling operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and align complex cross-functional programs across global Tech hubs
• Define and implement practices, rituals, and scalable governance models
• Bridge gaps between Product, Engineering, and UX
• Enable delivery of key business priorities by improving the tech operating model
• Solve for ambiguity and identify organizational inefficiencies

🔹 Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years experience in Technical Program Management or a senior Engineering/Product role
• Strong technical background (e.g., system architecture, APIs, distributed systems)
• Strategic thinker with solid program leadership skills
• Skilled communicator (tailors messaging for both execs and technical teams)
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments
