This role focuses on the Card experience within the Crypto.com mobile app, requiring both sharp technical skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll contribute to the success of one of the world’s fastest-growing fintech platforms in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

• 📋 Manual Testing Execution:
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test plans across mobile app features
• Ensure thorough coverage of functional, regression, and performance testing scenarios
• ⚙️ Test Design & Optimization:
• Collaborate with product, dev, and QA teams to define test strategies and validation approaches
• Improve and refine test frameworks and tools used for app quality assurance
• 📊 Quality Reporting & Feedback:
• Analyze and communicate test results
• Track and manage defect logs, ensuring high-quality issue resolution
• Provide actionable insights for continuous QA process improvement
• 🧠 Team Collaboration:
• Participate in agile ceremonies and daily QA activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth testing lifecycle

Qualifications

• ✅ Experience:
• 3–8 years of QA experience, with 2+ years focused on mobile app testing
• Familiarity with the entire QA lifecycle and a strong understanding of manual testing processes
• ✅ Technical Skills:
• Strong SQL and scripting capabilities for test validation
• Experience creating detailed test cases, bug reports, and working with test management tools
• 🧠 Bonus Points For:
• Knowledge or experience in crypto trading, DeFi platforms, or blockchain applications
• Prior exposure to agile development environments
• Bilingual communication skills (English + Chinese)
