Role Summary

This role involves leading the full software testing lifecycle for products in the AI and Web3 space, ensuring quality through detailed test planning, automation, and root cause analysis. The engineer will collaborate closely with development teams to optimize design and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for quality assurance: requirements analysis, test planning, execution, defect tracking, and product maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve design and implementation from a QA perspective.
• Create comprehensive, well-structured test plans and cases.
• Perform extensive testing including Blackbox, Whitebox, and Automation testing on backend APIs and web applications.
• Conduct manual investigations and root cause analysis of product issues.
• Identify gaps in existing test scripts and propose additions to automation coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end automation testing.
• Prior experience or knowledge in Web3 is highly advantageous.
• Experience with functional testing of mobile applications.
• Skilled in designing and executing complex testing plans.
• Strong root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve software quality issues.
• Logical thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Expertise in test automation tools/frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix OS, shell scripting, and managing virtual environments.
