Position Summary

We’re looking for a seasoned QA Engineer – Blockchain to join our quality engineering team. This role is ideal for a testing enthusiast with a strong grasp of backend systems, automation, and software quality assurance in a high-performance and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Customer Support to design comprehensive automated and manual test cases.
• Prevent, analyze, and track product defects; conduct root cause analysis of test failures.
• Perform manual testing and debugging of backend systems and APIs.
• Continuously review and improve automation scripts and test coverage.
• Investigate unreleased features through exploratory testing, helping define system behaviors and edge cases.
• Maintain detailed documentation and test scenarios.
• Enhance testing processes and team efficiency through technology research and adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience, with strong emphasis on backend testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Software QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and test design strategies.
• Hands-on scripting/coding ability; Java preferred.
• Strong understanding of SQL and backend tech stacks including:
• Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
• MyBatis, Kafka, Redis, MySQL, Tomcat
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues independently.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
• User-first mindset with a logical and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with blockchain or cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Experience working on AI-related projects.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, for collaboration with global stakeholders.
