Role Summary:

Binance is seeking a Java Developer with strong experience in quantitative trading systems to help scale and improve its Convert product and algorithmic trading infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with trading, product, and operations teams to build and optimize back-end trading logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle Java development: requirements, design, build, test, deploy
• Optimize and scale trading system infrastructure
• Improve trading models in collaboration with quants
• Build backend services for high-performance market execution
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and production issues
• Partner cross-functionally with traders, devs, and ops teams

Requirements:

• Strong Java expertise in production environments
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, event-driven systems, and RESTful APIs
• Experience in trading environments (exchange, hedge fund, broker) is a major plus
• Degree in CS, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field preferred
• Willingness to handle occasional production emergencies
• English fluency for collaboration with global teams
