IBM is seeking a Sales Recruiter who specializes in Tech Sales and Digital Sales hiring. The role focuses on building strategic hiring plans, identifying high-performing sales professionals, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business objectives.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement hiring strategies for Tech & Digital Sales roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring plans with sales goals
• Evaluate candidates’ negotiation and persuasion capabilities
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier sales talent
• Create excellent candidate experiences and promote IBM’s employer brand

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong experience recruiting in Tech Sales / Digital Sales
• Understanding of sales functions and planning
• Negotiation assessment skills – especially to identify revenue-generating talent
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Strong stakeholder communication & project management

🌟 Preferred Experience

• Background in recruitment marketing
• Exposure to talent market intelligence tools
• Certifications in HR or Recruiting (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions)
