Job Summary:

Bitget is seeking a Regional Growth Manager to drive the growth of Bitget Wallet across Southeast Asia and Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Web3 and cryptocurrency markets, with a proven track record in user acquisition and growth strategies. As a remote crypto job, this role offers flexibility to work from anywhere, while driving key initiatives to increase DAU and trading volumes in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies to drive user acquisition and increase trading volumes in Southeast Asia and Indonesia.
• Build and manage influencer, community, and partnership networks to fuel user growth and promote the Bitget Wallet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, User Acquisition, Operations, BDMs, Community) to create integrated growth strategies that align with Bitget Wallet's revenue and growth objectives.
• Design, implement, and test user acquisition campaigns with a focus on rapidly scaling customer acquisition through various crypto marketing methods.
• Expand and grow local social media presence and communities by leveraging local ambassadors or angels teams.
• Continuously monitor and optimize growth strategies, adapting to changing Web3 and cryptocurrency market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the Southeast Asia and Indonesia markets, with proven experience in regional growth within Web3, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency industries.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Web3 or crypto marketing roles. A passion for cryptocurrency and NFTs is highly preferred.
• A self-starter, resourceful and driven, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Highly results-oriented, with a strong focus on user acquisition and growth.
• Familiar with smart contracts, Ethereum, Bitcoin, and DeFi platforms, and able to adapt growth strategies in line with industry developments.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; fluency in local Southeast Asia/Indonesia languages is a plus.
• Crypto Degen mindset, staying ahead of the latest crypto marketing trends and Web3 developments.
