🎯 Core Responsibilities

This role focuses on regulatory strategy, legal compliance, and stakeholder management within the UK financial regulatory framework. Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the UK legal point of contact for Binance operations
• Supporting UK licensing efforts and FCA engagement
• Leading responses to investigations, law enforcement requests, and regulatory inquiries
• Collaborating with global legal teams on sanctions, AML/CTF, and financial crime issues
• Advising on the legal implications of product development and market strategy
• Drafting, interpreting, and implementing regulatory policies aligned with business goals
• Monitoring UK legal developments in digital assets, payments, and financial services
• Managing external counsel and ensuring Binance’s readiness for audits or regulatory actions
