Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Salary Range: $108,630 – $127,800 USD/year

💼 Role Overview

This position is part of Coinbase’s Finance team, focusing on ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements across U.S. and international jurisdictions. You’ll prepare and coordinate reports for regulators, support audits, and collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file regulatory reports and respond to inquiries from state and international regulatory agencies
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits
• Draft and update policies and procedures related to reporting
• Partner cross-functionally to improve the reporting process (accuracy, completeness, efficiency)

✅ Basic Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, fintech, or financial services
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g., CCAR, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031)
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
• Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Experience with state money transmission license reporting
• Proficiency in Workiva, Netsuite, SQL, or tools like Snowflake and Looker
