Role Overview

Binance is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to act as a Talent Partner for several technical business units globally. This role requires leadership skills to drive recruiting projects, manage hiring priorities, and help build a robust talent pipeline. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll partner closely with HR and hiring managers to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, interview, and coordinate the hiring process for open technical positions, including offer negotiation.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding, fostering a positive and engaging recruitment journey.
• Talent Partner: Act as a true talent partner, providing consultative support, coaching, and strategic advice to the business lines you support.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process and take part in various HR initiatives and projects.
• Database Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment databases and HR assets in a timely manner.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a continuously stocked pipeline of top-tier talent through networking, university outreach, job fairs, and ongoing contact with qualified candidates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within top-tier tech or Web3 companies.
• Proven experience in successfully filling senior-level technical positions.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and a passion for the industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics to guide decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
